Nich\u00e9 dans la luxuriante r\u00e9gion de la Vega de Grenade, \u00e0 seulement 15 kilom\u00e8tres de la capitale provinciale, le village de Cogollos de la Vega enchante par sa position septentrionale. Le toponyme \u00ab\u00a0Cogollos\u00a0\u00bb trouve ses racines dans le latin \u00ab\u00a0Cucullus\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e9voquant doucement les douces collines qui entourent l’endroit. Depuis l’\u00e9poque du Pal\u00e9olithique, ce village a \u00e9t\u00e9 le berceau de diverses civilisations, et sa production d’huile d’olive, renomm\u00e9e sous le nom de Loaime, jouit d’une r\u00e9putation authentique et excellente \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle internationale.<\/p>\n
