Terms and conditions for donations
The following Terms and Conditions for making a donation contain the information prior to the intended donation offered on the website www.thegardenofpeace.org and other rights and obligations that may arise from the relationship between “The Garden of Peace”, with registered office at Avenida Gaudí nº 1 – chalet nº 11, Villanueva de la Cañada – Madrid and holder of Tax Identification Code G05315767 and the donor.

These Conditions regulate the donation process through the website owned by The Garden of Peace, which is voluntarily desired by donors who have previously filled in the corresponding form, with the necessary data to be able to carry out the relationship between “The Garden of Peace” and the donors, and who have given their consent and full acceptance, without reservation, of each and every one of the conditions published by “The Garden of Peace” at each moment in which the User accesses the aforementioned website. The donor must read the Conditions in full each time he/she wishes to make a donation to “The Garden of Peace” through this website. The Conditions will apply to all donations made on the website, and those in force at the time of making each donation will apply.
Donor concept and registration
A donor is understood to be anyone who accesses the website, enters the obligatory data requested and makes a donation following the corresponding instructions on the website and has previously given their consent and full acceptance of these Conditions. “The Garden of Peace” reserves the right to cancel the donation if the information provided is considered false or untrue by “The Garden of Peace”.
Acceptance of the established conditions
The User has access, at any time, to the instructions for use of the website, as well as the use and acceptance of the website. By simply browsing through the website and/or making any donation, the donor accepts, without reservation, the browsing instructions and, in particular, each and every one of the Conditions of Use, its Legal Notice and Privacy Policy, as well as the Particular Conditions which, where applicable, govern the making of donations. In the event of disagreement, the user must exit by closing the website. In the event that the donor makes a mistake when entering the data, he/she must inform “The Garden of Peace” by telephone or e-mail, which appear as contact details on the website. The donor declares, under his/her responsibility, that he/she is of legal age, has read in full these particular conditions of the donations offered by “The Garden of Peace”, as well as the instructions and indications that appear on each of the screens that make up the website, and fully accepts them.
How can I make a donation?
Through the Stripe platform, enabled for this purpose by entering the card number to be able to do so. The data is protected as Stripe is a secure service provider.
Donation confirmation.
Once the donation has been made, “The Garden of Peace” will send the donor the acceptance of the donation made, by e-mail to the e-mail account entered in the form.
Geographical coverage.
The geographical coverage of donations is not limited to any territory. Donations are accepted from anywhere.
Donation timetable.
Donors can make donations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from any computer with Internet access that meets the specified technical requirements and by any other means provided.
