On June 12, 2026, the first Garden of Peace in Puglia was inaugurated in Trani at the Schinosa olive farm of Di Martino Farms.
The garden is home to 21 olive varieties from 21 countries around the world, preserved by the World Olive Germplasm Bank of Córdoba. Beside each olive tree, a symbolic plant or flower representing its country has been placed, creating a pathway dedicated to peace, dialogue among peoples, and biodiversity.
With this new inauguration, The Garden of Peace continues to expand its international network of gardens, where the olive tree becomes a symbol of encounter, mutual respect, and hope for future generations.
